• Excellent Groomers and Polite Staff :)

  I have taken my dog to this groomers 4 times in the last year i would like to add that i have been completeley satisfied with the cut that my dog has had on every occassion. I find all the staff polite and they give me the oppertunity to express exactly what i want although it appears that somebody has had a negative experience at this groomers i do not feel it is fair for that same person to use several email addresses and profiles as above to TRY and get their point across of their one off bad experiences. I will without hesitation be using the services of Woofcuts again.

  the only reason that woofcut will shave your dog down is cos the furr is knotted or matted cos the owner hasnt been taking care of the dog need s i know this for a fact as i trained an worked there for 5 years x kay x

• THEY INJURED MY DOG

  Terrible care terrible cuts! I asked for my dog to be cut short, they shaved him and left him strippy! not only that they cut his ear! I will have to take him to the vets now to check everything is ok! DONT GO THERE! I will be reading reviews next time. He was whinning really badly when I went to pick him up too, not surprisingly, these people are ment to be professionals! You trust them to care for your dog, as said above, all they do is butcher them!

  i think woofcuts is very good i have never once had a problem with any of my dogs at all...i think they deserve 5 stars and cnt wait 4 my nxt app!

• TERRIBLE BUSINESS

  WARNING !! This dog groomers has destroyed the image and confidence of my dog. I have a bichon and they shaved all of him. They did not listen to basic instructions on how i wanted my dog groomed. This business should be closed down . I am going to trading standards an contacting my solicitor to take this further. Awful customer service awful business!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT GO THERE FOR YOUR DOGS SAKE !!!!
