Inflexible Service
I bought a dustpan and brush set on Wednesday which I thought was £1.25, but I got charged £1.25 each. The next time I went in I brought this to the attention of the Manageress Ann, but she said there was nothing she could do about it. I came home and found the receipt but when I went back with it, she refused to do anything about it because I had left the shop with the goods. I intend to contact Trading Standards because I am so incensed by her attitude.
