Good Food; Poor Service

I have been to Tavern Co serveral times with family and friends. On each occasion the food has been good and tasty, but the service lacking. Staff, although friendly, don't seem to appreciate when it is time to clear dirty plates from tables (on 4th May, we waited 20 mins. for plates to be cleared between courses, when there were 4 or 5 staff present and only a handful of tables occupied. We had a similar wait after our last course). The poor service is either due to insufficient training or inadequate supervision.
