He also gained extensive exposure to high value work, including the full range of industrial disease claims. In a related field, John has a long held interest in medical law (including clinical negligence) as demonstrated by his masters degree in the subject. John has additionally undertaken training as a Mediator with the Academy of Experts, London and is equally available to act as an advisor and advocate at mediations. Away from civil litigation, John?s appointment to the Attorney-General's Unified List of Prosecuting Advocates means he prosecutes on behalf of a range of government departments. He is equally at ease when defending corporate and individual clients against regulatory prosecutions. Before joining Chambers, John was employed in legal roles in Sydney, Australia and within HM Customs & Excise.
