My laptop had parts missing when i got it back. I was told it was not worth fixing due to cost. It did not stop him taking leaving part out & i am still waiting to get them back 2weeks later

Ripped Off

I took my laptop to the shop he owns and was told that it would require a reload. After a short space of time the machine again developed exactly the same fault. After contacting Paul, the shop manager, he explained that if i brought the machine back he would reload it again and only charge me half price. So that's what i did. Unfortunately the fault developed yet again so i took to another local store where they diagnosed the fault as being caused by the hard disk failing. I took it back to the shop and offered him the chance to fix it but he blatantly ignored me and only offered me another reload free of charge. I am now pursuing this through trading standards. It has made my life a whole lot more stressful than it should have been
