Shocking service

I paid in full for a bed,matress and 2 bedside lockers 24/09/10. First I was told delivery would be 4-6wks then again 8wks. The bed arrived at just after 8 weeks and 3 months later have still not had the lockers being told they are waiting for a delivery. I have asked to send me a confirmation e mail but have only had 1 stating they are still awaiting delivery. Their attitude on the 'phone suggests that they don't understand what customer service is! I will never deal with them again and have contacted Trading Standards.

Very poor customer service.

Having read customer reviews on the company's web site, we felt fairly confident that our furniture would be delivered without any problems. How wrong we were. We ordered a bed, two bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. The bed and chest of drawers were delivered considerably later than anticipated and, at nearly four months after we places our order, we are still awaiting delivery of the bedside cabinets. We have repeatedly called the company to enquire about the delay but they have been less than helpful, repeatedly stating that they are still awaiting delivery of the items to their warehouse and promising to contact us re- delivery dates.
