Absolutely dire

I ordered a sofa from Citydwell on Oct 22nd 2007. I ordered by phone and they took payment of almost £500 from my debit card immediately. Michael, the company director who took my order - told me that delivery would be in the region of 7 working days but to all 15 working days just in case. It is now 21 working days I have been given three separate delivery dates. I was told on Friday the sofa would be delivered today (monday) i took the day off work but still no sofa. I have attempted to phone them every 15 minutes thoughout the day but constant answerphone. This company are absolutely dire. Tomorrow I will issue a summons to get my money back. Avoid at all costs.
