• simple child friendly lunch

  Greenbank Project is part of Greenbank Sports Academy, run by a charity for disabled and disadvantaged people.The Restaurant is open to all, and due to its easy access for wheelchair users is also particularly good for families with prams or pushchairs - you really won't be in the way.The restaurant prides itself on being family friendly, and has a few highchairs, a toy box (the contents are getting a bit tatty now because of the constant use) and a selection of kids meals which include pizza and chips, pasta or chicken and chips. Adult meals range from sandwiches, burgers to salads. Particularly good: the Greek Salad.There is also an outside seating area with cute kids' picnic tables and a 'forest' for children to explore. Hours of fun on a nice day.Great set-up, worthwhile charity, child friendly but food is quite average.
