Zinc Sheet Metal

Metal Sheets is now stocking zinc sheet metal. The standard sheet size is 2000mm x 1000mm. Bright finish for table and counter tops and pre-weathered sheet for roofing and flashings are ex stock. A cutting and bending service is available.

Zinc is becoming re-discovered as a metal with great character. Virtually no maintenance is needed and the product should last beyond a lifetime.

Zinc can be used in association with aluminium and stainless steel.

Zinc is traditionally used to make building finials and weather cocks. Oyster bar counter tops are also traditionally made from zinc. Zinc is a charming and changes with time, the patina develops over a period of time.
