Full time Martial Arts and fitness club. We teach Kickboxing and Lau Gar Kungfu styles. We cater for Children, Ladies only and Adults classes. Also upon request; 1 to 1 and small group sessions (max 4 people).

On Saturday 31st January we are pleased to announce the grand opening of the Studio to the public.
