Was not happy

I looked at this article before going ahead with the company to have new windows fitted in our home. I mentioned it to the sales man who came and he reassured us that it was a mistake and that the house had free windows fitted. Anyhow after going ahead with the order, it was a big mistake. What the sales man told us and what was actually written on the sheet before he got us to sign had been different. Unfotunately we realised abit late and eventhough we came to some agreement so that the company could get the rest of their money, the quality of their work is really bad. What window fitter does not seal the windows from outside or cap the ledge from the side. We tried to contact them and suprise suprise over a month later they have failed to get back to us. I will be taking this matter further but i kick myself for going for this company having read this article.
