• please avoid!

  i am very disappointed indeed of the quality of the work and customer service at this dog groomers. I asked for a 'teddy trim' on my lass and omg....when i picked my dog up, I was so upset, the cut was all patchy and different lengths!!!!!. still damp behind the ears and around his bum!....this 'groom' was just an hour long. I said why was his cut like that, and they said 'he was snappy'. He is the most docile dog and other groomers loved him, i went here as my regular groomer was fully booked........these people were no way professional dog groomers.....never ever again...

• Avoid at all cost

  I persevered with this business, as they didn't do too bad a job groom wise, although to do it in half and hour, 45 mins, now I have found a decent groomer is bad value for prices paid. Eventually gave up thanks to shocking customer care. Twice I turned up for appointments and found them shut ... ! 1st time owner apologetic, second time, a telephone message wasn't even acknowledged. Avoid unless you have poor standards.

• Wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.

  We were sent to the wrong address by Yell.com. There advertising says 1st full wash for £15, but doesn't mention that it's not during Christmas week, so had to pay the full £22.50. Dog wasn't fully dried - still had wet ears. Customer service wa utterly dreadful. The lady said to me, when I complained about having to pay full price,, even though their advert said £15, "...if I did that, mate, I wouldn't be in business." "Mate"? "Mate"? Unbelievabley unprofessional. I won't be going back, and I'll be telling as many people who will listen about the extraordinarilly bad service we received. DON'T TOUCH THEM is my advice.
