  at a glance it looks really nice, very varied stock and a large selection of sizes. I bought a coat there recently, hadn't bought anything before this but adored the coat. The buttons fell off within the first week, when I took it back (within the returns date as advertised on the receipt) the staff were rude and unhelpful. I was told that I could have taken the buttons off myself and that the buttons aren't garunteed, all the while making snarky remarks about it being a topshop coat (yeeeahhh right) and generally being aggressive in manner and attitude. They finally took it for repair but their attitudes left me feeling cold. If you want good customer service and high quality items, spend your money elsewhere!

  Right.....where do I start? Firstly I bought a pair of heals I wasn't happy with them untill i went too my sisters wedding, I have never worn a pair of HEALS so comfterable. At the same time I bought a dress to go with the shoes i wasn't too fussed about it untill people started complementing me on how greate i looked and guys I am a big size 12 and it made me look like a size 8!! I would definately shop their again! Well worth the money.
