can you confirm that you sent pension code form to my adress. 7,almond place,kirkcaldy,ky12ld. on,03/08/2009.the form states,if I need help in completing it,to phone you,but there is no number.it also says your post code is l751hw but I cant find this,on INLAND REVENUE website please reply,asap.
