Dodgy Window Seals
Elegant Windows use "Frameline" in Kirkby to manufacture their windows, unfortunately the outer seals on the window Colin Hall fitted at my house aren't fit for purpose, dirt and rain gets behind and is now starting to go green. Neither Colin or the supplier is prepared to accept responsibility for this fault and so I am stuck with this problem that will only get worse. Needless to say I won't be calling them for my new porch.
