Who we are

Paul Crowley qualified as a Solicitor in September 1982 and joined a firm based at 267 Breck Road Anfield. Paul became a Partner in that firm in 1984.
In 1991 Paul took over the firm and formed Paul Crowley and Co Solicitors.
Paul was then subsequently joined in the Partnership by Paula Satchell in 1999. Both Paul and Paula are specialist Personal Injury Solicitors.
The Paul Crowley and Co Partnership further expanded in 2004 to include Terry Moran, Personal Injury specialist and Michael Fogarty, a specialist Criminal Defence Solicitor, with the final addition of John McKenna, Family Law and Children Law expert in 2011 bringing Paul Crowley and Co Solicitors to its current level of being a five Partner firm of Liverpool Solicitors.
Paul Crowley and Co has been built on its solid reputation of providing quality legal advice to the communities of Liverpool since 1991, and to this day remains committed to providing an exceptional level of service to the people of Liverpool from two offices in Breck Road, Anfield, and one in County Road, Walton.

Criminal Law

Paul Crowley and Co Solicitors are highly experienced Criminal Law Solicitors in Liverpool with specialist solicitors serving on both the Court and Police Station duty schemes for over 20 years.
Our specialist Criminal Law team has developed a fine reputation for their advocacy skills. We deal with all types of cases, from Minor Infringements and Motoring Offences to Anti-Social Behaviour Orders (ASBO's) and Serious Offences, providing representation at Police Stations, Magistrates Courts, Crown Courts and beyond.

We can discuss eligibility and applications for legal funding with you. Paul Crowley and Co Solicitors have a Legal Aid Contract in Criminal Defence and as such, in the event that you are charged with an offence we can offer free Legal Aid representation at Court if you are unable to afford to pay privately for your representation. This is means-tested if you are over the age of 18 and we can offer free guidance and assistance on the completion and submission of the relevant Legal Aid forms. Representation at both the Court and the Police Station are not means-tested for people under the age of 18.
